My name is Dr. Clifford Young. I practice at Young Dental Health Center and also at Premier Dental Aesthetics in Arcadia. Our practice is general dentistry, but we focus heavily on cosmetic and comprehensive dental treatment. We spend a lot of time training so that we can treat patients from basic fillings all the way to complex implant procedures.

One of the biggest challenges we faced in our office was staffing. Much of my front team’s time was being consumed by tasks that pulled them away from patient care. When we discovered Cool Blue VA and how it could integrate into our practice—taking on some of those front-desk duties so my team could focus on the patient experience—it was a godsend.
