Our clinic is located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, in the Midtown area. We are an OB/GYN practice, and I have the pleasure of working with NJ and Danica. They are truly wonderful employees, and it is such an honor to work with them every day. I honestly wish I had them here physically in the office because they make my day run so much smoother. I’m grateful for all they do, day in and day out, and thankful to Cool Blue VA for helping us find such a perfect match for our practice.
My practice is fairly small but growing. We currently have four providers: one MD, two midwives, and a nurse practitioner. We specialize in women’s health, providing care during pregnancy and delivering babies. One of our biggest challenges has been billing, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays. NJ and Danica have been excellent in staying on top of these tasks, verifying insurance at least 48 hours in advance. Their work has been a tremendous help in keeping our workflow efficient.
Before partnering with Cool Blue VA, we tried bringing staff members into the office who understood insurance processes, including calculating co-insurance and deductibles. Unfortunately, it was always a challenge to find reliable people, and many didn’t last. That’s why NJ and Danica are such an asset. They are dependable, detail-oriented, and consistently catch mistakes that our front desk staff might miss. They’ve helped us improve our workflow, collect more payments and outstanding balances, and be more transparent with patients about out-of-pocket expenses.
I’ve also seen an influx of patients thanks to NJ’s management of our Zocdoc website. She ensures that patients are verified in a timely manner and reaches out proactively to let them know if there are any issues before they come in. Both NJ and Danica follow through on every task until the issue is resolved, which makes a huge difference in our operations.
What I appreciate most is that they are self-starters. I don’t like to micromanage, and with NJ and Danica, I’ve never had to. Once given a task, they complete it thoroughly, accurately, and on time. They take initiative, work as true team players, and make my life much easier every single day. Because of their dedication, I get to leave the office on time with peace of mind, knowing things are handled.
I wish I could do more for them because they truly deserve it. I hope one day they can visit us here in the States and meet the team in person. I don’t know exactly what they earn, but I believe they deserve a raise for the value they bring.
